Talk to Gynecologist on Pcos Patient And Want To Concieve

I am pcos patient and married from 3.5 years having no kid. 2 miscarriage s at 7 week and 10 week due to growth stoping. Now my question is that what should i do as i am not over weight. My husband semen analysis 70% active. Used clomid and gonadotropin injections but concieve ni hua. Should i go for laparoscopy?

weight reduction is the most important factor in pcos.metformin combined with myoinisitol should be included in ur treatment
Dear cause of early miscarriages are many.. There are certain testa whicg should also be done ..rule out diabetes, thyroid problem,Apls..chronic hypertension..u need proper evaluation.. Is there any history of DnC after miscarriage?

-have complete treatment of any health issue u have.
-have balanced diet, weight and Bmi.
-have recreational activities and quit recreational drugs.
-have daily walk, yoga and Exercise.
-have sex in fertile period of Cycle.
-Laproscopy, chromopertubation and dye test need to be done for tubal patency.
-have folic acid daily.
-Try to avoid Recreational activities and quit recreational drugs.
