Talk to Gynecologist on PCOS & Infertility, Absent And Irregular Periods

I am married for 6 years Alhamdulilah... I have pcos, periods are absent and facing infertility. When I take medicines I get periods. Without medicine no periods. I have history of 2 consecutive miscarriages. One at 13 weeks and other at 20 weeks. I have started homeopathic treatment. Dr gave me HR 19 KL 9 pulsatilla and some sweet balls medicines. I got my period in that month on 8th march... I continued the same medicine for the next month but no periods and no pregnancy. I discussed with Dr he added fraxinus compound and some more sweet balls medicine. But still I have no periods and no pregnancy. My last LMP was 8 th March 2020. Still waiting for periods or pregnancy. Sometimes I feel mild pain sensation in my ovaries. Plz help me what is the reason? I am really worried. I am trying to loose my weight. And I also have lost as well. Will this medicine work for me? I have no thyroid issue. My hormonal profile is always in range whenever I do my tests... Plz help me...
