I have pcos left 10 ml Right 8 ml cyest muji abi 38 days bd period huwi hy or continuously 20 days huwi hy and just spoting hy kabi brown kabi red or sahi se period nahi huwi mera weight 61kg hy ab ma keya karo progloute tablet ma use kar lati hu bs just us month ma period tek hoti hy or pir ya problem ati hy ab ma keya karo progloute k sata or maltvitmens lo konsi skin acne hy hair fall ya pcos k konsi type me ata hy kindly guide me

pcos is not treated by medicines. it is treated by modifying your life style and getting help with medicines.
brisk walk of 40 to 45 min daily for atleast 4 to 5 days a week.
dietery modification that excludes oily, fried, junk food and carbonated drinks.
correcting ur sleep pattern, sleep early and wake up early in the morning.
that will help in a significant weight reduction and correction of hormonal disturbances.,,,,finally help in regulation of ur periods.
you may also take tab locyst for daily intake.
if u do this, only then u may be able to have ur regular periods even without progyluton
take tab progyluton once daily at the same time.
tab locyst daily once daily.
