Talk to Gynecologist on Painnn

I feel pain in upper back. Its between shuoulder blades. And pain in left arm and some time in left breast.the pain is like i feeel kuch phns rha hai las gas type thing. I feel like burping all the time.a d whatever i eat the food comes back in mouth even watet also. I feel ful all the time. The food comea back sometimw in the form of vomiting amd sometime whatever i eat it doesnot digest amd comes back in mouth. What is the reason Me expecting and its 5 month. Some time i feel chuban type pain in stomach also but upper back pain boht zyada hota rehta hai andi feel uncomfrtble.plz help me
