if lower abdominal pain is severe then its better to have a ultrasound . for headache u can take tab panadol .start taking tab foluc acid once daily. take rest and nutrious diet

Congratulations for the good news,start tab folic acid 5 mg once daily, regarding your rt sided pain can you please explain it a bit more duration,nature , intensity Any other symptoms like Any problem while passing urine,frequency urgency or dysuria any spotting, if none of the above please can you tell if you had any investigation like Ultrasound or urine complete examination done.
