Asking for Wife, Female, 24 years old, Karachi
My wife is 18 weeks pregnant she is having continuous lower abdominal pain with slight liquid discharge in standing position, she has a low lying placenta. She has used nospa and paracetamol but no relieve. What is the best treatment option?
Please get her Urine DR n Cuture sensitivity.Start her on Cranmax twice
daily.Let her drink kacha nariyal(cocconut ) water daily.Plebty of oral
fluids.
Its quite normal to have more discharge in pregnancy. But to be on the safer side get yourself examined by your doctor once.
As for lower abdomen pain get your Urine complete examination once.
Low lying placenta is common at this stage. The placenta moves upwards with time. Keep your fingers crossed!!
