assalamualaikum dear sir my wife pregnant 7 weak I am worried about that problem is I also little child 4 mounth and in this minimum time my wife again pregnant 4 mounth ago my wife operation c section delivery and I think and worried after 8 mounth again operation and my wife going to danger zone sir can u tell me how i ambotion or countiue pregnancy I want ambotion
