my sister is pregnant and she is diagnosed with thalassemia minor her HBA2 4.5 now please tell me what would be the possible treatment for this her baby could be effected?

If husband is ok .. not with thalassemia minor.. then not to worry but If he is too thalassimic then baby has to check for this before 12 weeks of gestation
