Thanks for responding. My height is 5.3½ and weight is 61 (( as of previous check)). No, I am not taking brotin anymore. Left taking it last year in June as it was prescribed by doctor for 2 months only.
I don't have excess hairs and acne on my face at all ALLHAMDULLILAH. Very few little cysts have grown up on my face few days ago, but now they are fading in their own.
No, I haven't done any ultrasound or tests. So, prolactin levels are unknown to me.
The problem I asked here is not new as I have been facing issues in my cycle sine I started menstrauting i.e. at the age of 11. At that time my cycle used to be very short for which I took medicines like ferrocite and osnate- D prescribed by Dr. Uzma Imran, after the procedure of ultrasound and some blood tests. After that I faced several ups and down like that in my menstrual cycle but never faced absence of menstrual bleeding. Last year it happened for the first time ever that i missed my 2 month period.
Issues I've always faced was like discharging even without not on period since ever, medication and this issue goes vanish and happens again after sometime.
And this time I am facing irregular discharge other than periods again which is quite unbearable and tensing. I am using Calci-1000 plus so, that it might cure this but its not getting solved.

U seem to b slightly overweight
Our menstrual cycles are complex combinations of different kinds of hormones and our weight
So we need to keep a check on that
Few have no effect and few r very much effected
As ur cycle has been irregular
I will advise u few tests and medicines
Dietary control
Walk/exercise
Active lifestyle
Even shedding wt of few kgs will help u
Get ur serum FSH ,lh ,prolactin and thyroid tests done on ur 2nd day of periods
Usg Pelvis for any pelvic pathology
For correction of ur menstrual cycle I will have to take hormones for few months and maintain
Tab glucophage 500mg twice a day
Tab Diane 35 once a day for 21 days
Leave it for 7 days and resume again
Can take it for 3. Mths
Or any combination like Tab Progyluton once a day for 21 days ,leave for 7 days and start again
Whichever tab u take start from 1st day if ur cycle
IA u will b better
The multivitamins u r taking might not b effective
They r just there to improve ur overall health
U might have pcos but it would b confirmed by tests and Usg
So don't worry
Follow the tips I have given u and IA u will b fine but it takes time
Secondly before starting any hormones we should b sure that u have no h/o hypertension ,diabetes ,heart disease ,breast disease ,coagulation disorders ,smoking ,migraine and liver disease

No, I have no upper mentioned diseases but have been asked by doctor every time I visited that is there any diabetic history in you family. And the answer to the question is yes, as my father is a diabetic patient since the age of 27 or 26, also my almost paternal uncles and aunts are diabetic patient but till not any children of them are diagnosed with the disease. I am the youngest child from my paternal side. Also, I wasn't this over weight a year ago. I started to gain weight basically in the year 2018 with not at all any changes in my eating patterns. Before 2018 I used to be around the weight of 47. 61 is not my permanent weight it fluctuates around 59, 58 and 60 too. Is it okay to start taking medications? Before I got my tests done? Because I might take time to get tested.

No need to repeat TSh and Vit D levels
Get serum FSH ,lh and prolactin repeated
U have to b careful with ur wt bcz it predisposes for diabetes too
U can start the medication and get the test done afterwards but ideally it's better if u start before it

Medicines to be taken are: glucophage 500 mg and progyluton? Or diane 35 is necessary too?
No take one out of them
Tab glucophage 500mg twice a day for 2-3mths
Take Diane 35 0nce a day for 21days then leave for 7 days
Periods will come in that period
Then start other packet again
I never meant that u should take both Diane and progyluton
Never do this mistake
U should start with Diane 35
Use it for 3mths
Then we will see the response
And then switch u to the other hormones like progyluton as Diane should not b taken for long

Yes

Discharge u r referring to spotting and brownish discharge between periods
Of pcos is the cause or any hormonal imbalance then it is treatable with these hormonal pills as I mentioned
But personal effort , wt loss, active lifestyle ,dietary control plus patience and perseverance
Such problems settle with time

JAZAK'ALLAH really for listening me out.?? i'll start taking medication from toda inshAllah.
I have read yours all details of case. It seems that this brown discharge could be old blood coming irregularly or it could be vaginal infection.
You should go for ultrasound and continue tab diane 35 once daily
