do ur full bladder pelvic scan to make sure tht ethg is going normal...u dont feel the baby movements tht early...u hv to wait till the end of your fourth month...u might feel them by the end of fifth month as well...they wont b kicks of course but u ll feel butterfly wing flutter or air bubbles arising frm ur lower belly...so b patient and good luck!!!
