Aoa dr i m 37 weeks pregnant but still there is no sign of labour pain not even false pains actually i want to ask its my first pregnancy. 1.first pregnancy me labor pains knse week me shru hoti hain? 2.what should i did ke labour pains shru hu jyn ku ke mee c section ki trf ni jana chahti hoon. Mera kuch din phly scan huwa uske according mera baby cephalic position mee or longtudial lie hai

wa alikum salam. if on scan baby is cephalic and all parametres are normal then u can wait till ur EDD for labour pains. 90% of the patient experience labour pains during 39 wks onward .u can do walk daily. go for regular follow up visits .

Better wait till 38 to 39 weeks if still no labour pains
if still no labour pains then take 1 teaspoon of castor oil in warm milk after half an hour of good walk at alternate days
you should start feeling pains in about a week
