ur attending OBG shud councel u about it at ur thirty six week visit along wth ur internal examination to confirm ur mode and time of delivery-however i can tell u only tht if in ten minutes u hv three contractions and each contraction is one minute long then u shud go to hospital-u might hv an expulsion of mucoid plug wth or wthout tinge of blood-thts wn ethg is normal and u r hvg ur first baby-in subsequent pregnancies scenerio is different-u might need to go to hospital earlier...better keep ur contact wth ur attending OBG...
