Talk to Gynecologist on Irregular Periods

Last year in March i missed my periods i went to doctor for check up. She did ultra sound everything was normal.she gave me syrup for iron deficincy and 2 tablets for getting periods but i didn't get periods in march in april. I had periods on date. From then i started having irregular cycle. Before this i get stain for 2 days then heavy flow for 3 days. But with irregular periods it starts from 4th day and lasts for 1.5 day then very light duscharge till 7 day.. i think my weight is 55-58kg..now i am on periods. Same its 3rd only stain on pad. No light flow or heavy. No pain i am so worried.
