Talk to Gynecologist on Irregular Period

After normal Delivery I have the issue of irregular period almost 4 months .period comes after 3 or 10 days duration of period remains to 10 days. Now doctor prescribed me famila 28 f .I m using these pills u but on the 10th day of using these pills im feeling itching in vaginal area and red spotting.what should I do .and my baby is on bf

Famila 28 is contraindicated in bf. Stop this as it will decrease milk. For periods problem maintain menstrual calender and see a competent gynaecologist
