Iam facing irregular menstrual periods from March my last period was in Feb but till date no sign attached below are my ultrasound reports please can anyone let me know what is the problem and what medicine should I take for periods aur multivitamins I shall be grateful

Are u married ? U need a withdrawal bleeding , after taking harmones withthis thickness and a follow up scan , this focal thickening ca be a polyp so repeat the scan after withdrawal bleeding
