Talk to Gynecologist on Intestinal

Salam Im having mucus in my poop. infact there is more mucus and very little poop. Its since yesterday night. Now today night there was little blood in the mucus as well with same little poop. im not having dierreah or flu, no abdominal pain. But today a few times I felt sounds n gas movement in abdomen. I take 2 cups of tea in whole day daily n eggs in breakfast. i was eating 3,4 dates for past 3 days. Didn't eat today any. Im really worried after seeing blood. Im single, age 26, no other health issues.
