well predicting tht wn u ovulate is difficult but mostly its in middle of the cycle-so urs ll b around forteen to sixteen day if u hv regular thirty days cycle...u shud hv pre pregnancy councelling wth ur attending OBG along wth ur husband...
from 10th to 18th day to avail the fertility window but better to keep track of ovulation with follicular tracking usg..take tab folic acid 400mcg daily
