Prolactin levels do, however, need to be evaluated based on the time of day that they are collected. The levels will vary over a 24-hour period, rising during sleep and peaking in the early morning. Ideally, a person's blood sample should be drawn 3 to 4 hours after waking , any stress or nipple stimulation can increase the level modestly

My dear, u had previously have raised levels so I can't say it's just by chance level is raised again after stopping treatment. there is a need of evaluation..
repeat thyroid function tests.
if cycle is regular n no other complaints, no need of starting Brotin yet. however this may hinder conception sometimes.
For further details u really need sitting with doctor. tc
