Talk to Gynecologist on High TSH Level In Pregnancy

Hello, I'm asking this on behalf of someone.

So this girl is 30 years old and she's 8-9 weeks pregnant. It's her fourth pregnancy. First was a miscarriage in 6th week, then she had a son, then she had a chemical pregnancy in March 2021 and now she's pregnant again. So she got her tests done as prescribed by the doctor. All the reports came out fine except the Serum TSH level, which came out 24.330. Now her next appointment is weeks away. She wants to know if it is an emergency situation? And how should she go about it?
