Asalamo Alaikum I am First time mother and in 5 weeks post partum . I am seeking birth control which suits as I want to have 3-5 years of gap before trying or even if I want another or not. I don't want to get pregnant accidentally as i have suffered loss before conceiving My Girl. But when I asked my gyne she discouraged it till 6 months.. my girl is not exclusively breastfeeding she is on formula and i am not nursing just pumping. I had her through c section please advice on this matter and also where i can get one in karachi
