you can have another caesarian but the risk of pregnancy and operative complications increase with increasing number of c sections.

well its all clear from textual knowledge and clinical experience tht not only fourth infact fifth CS is also possible but of course even in the absence of any pre existing medical risk factors or with previous of un eventful previous pregnancies and their outcomes...still risks associated wth increasing age and repeated CS do exist...so for you pre pregnancy councelling is v important along wth ur husband...then ur attending doctor shud b v vigilant and in reach...in short ur pregnancy care shud b more and well planned...
