apparently the light spotting seems to be due to fibroid... keeping in mind the good finding of fetal heart... but she needs to be more careful as it can be the case of threatened misscariage
bleeding or spotting in pregnancy need to be evaluated properly. it could be threatened miscarriage,. medication will be started accordingly.

this ultrasound is one week old and it is normal except fr the small fibroid-such ultrasound are fr tht instant-they confirm the viability at tht moment-she has developed spotting now so shes suppose to repeat the ultrasound to make sure ethg is fine
Spotting in pregnancy is a warning sign, and with fibroid, through out pregnancy she may have different complaints, need to be careful, all other reports and precise history is also required, why don't you book an appointment
