Meri last December me shadi hui thi, March me conceive kiya tha naturally, but June me miscarriage ho gya tha growth na hone ki waja se. Miscarriage k baad mjhy July and August me bilkul timely periods hue, but September me periods nhi hue. Me gynecologist k pas gai to ultrasound krne pe she told me that she sees a small thickening in the uterus like a very very early gestational sac and it could be an early pregnancy so she prescribed me duphaston and myfol. I took those tablets for a few days and did the strip test again and again but it always came out negative. Then I stopped taking duphaston as I had doubts that its not pregnancy. Another doctor told me to go for beta hcg test and told me that it could be an anovulatory cycle after miscarriage that's why I was not bleeding. I went for beta hcg today and it came out negative. Now I'm having very slight spotting of periods after stopping duphaston. Now my concern is that I don't have pcos problem, it was just anovulatory cycle but I
