well breeky does cause structural abnormalities in the unborn baby-wt abnormalities and extent of abnormalities is still debatable-dose producing such abnormalities is also not specified-infact its use in pregnancy is prohibited...she shud refrain frm such act in future at all costs-she shud b doing ultrasound to confirm viability-then at 20wks she ll b going fr anomaly scan-if its normal then she shud continue wth her pregnancy-but rem ultrasound ll only reveal the structural arrangement-now how the body of the baby ll work aft birth or wt kind of intellectual skills the baby ll hv aft the use of breeky is wt Allah knws best...
I would suggest that you should go for ultrasound first then rest of things will be addressed
