Talk to Gynecologist on Gynaecologist

I’m married and mother of a toddler. My LMP is 7th may. I did strip test at home it was negative but dr suggested for an ultrasound there was nothing in the ultrasound. Dr said it may be hormonal imbalance And she gave me Primoult-n to take for three days for periods. But the problem is all the symptoms i have feels like I’m pregnant. I’m having body fatigue, too much sleepy, nauseous, tired all the time. Should i go for a blood test or are these symptoms common in hormonal imbalance? I had all the same symptoms in my first pregnancy.
