Talk to Gynecologist on Gynaecological, Keen To Concieve

married for one year and couldn't  conceive till now. My average cycle is 26 days. I have got my pelvic ultrasound done at 4th month of marriage due to less menstrual  flow which i thought was an issue in conceiving. Ultrasound turned out fine. Dr suggested me multivitamins and folic acid along with one clomid course which was not fruitful. I visited another dr. who through physical checkup suggested me to use cyprodiol during the month and later on in april, he suggested to use lezra for 5 days during next month which was again not fruitful and afterwards aromek was prescribed to be used in may 2021 for 5 days but i got my periods on 8th june. What should be my course of action for now?
