Its quite normal to have 1st periods at this age. Periods can start at any time between 8 to 13 yrs of age. In the start periods are usually nor regular and need time to get regular. All you have to do is keep her hydrated guide her about hygiene and comfort her tell her there is nothing to worry abt it. Along with this give her Tab Iberet Folic so her her Blood level remain normal. If bleeding is heavy and does not stop after 5 days you can book an appointment for further evaluation. Thanks and regards.
I don’t suggest hormonal pills at such young age and 1st periods.

First periods they are supposed to be irregular / long / short / disturbing / with pain / without pain / can be heavy can be scanty . All is
Normal before 13 years... it’s okay .
Give her balanced diet
Avoid hormonal medicine until and unless the periods don’t get normal within first 6 months
Don’t worry about the bleeding
It will stop .
Add some multivitamin syrup for her
It will also help .
For pain half buscopan and half ponstan forte not full tablets
It will also reduce the bleeding .
