There's no issues ,if this is happen first time , it's better to not to take any medicine during periods some time it reduces period flow , check Ur next cycle , if u feel Ur periods flow is not normal ,then u have to visit any good gynecologist or take an appointment through Marhum.

Ps I m also having pain in breast and discharge from right nipple. Some yellowish type. Have not seen it discharging but seen spots on Bra and some pain too. Have done prolactin test it was 13.5. What should be the reason

once in a blue moon cycle abnormality is ignorable...cycle of 28-35 days +/- 2-3 days is ok to deal wth...
and fr breast discharge-repeat ur prolactin levels and go for breast ultrasound if prolactin is normal...
