right now you should have a healthy and nutritive diet.
stay well hydrated.
avoid any exercise.
take tab folic acid.
if last was miscarriage then take tab duphastone two times in a day for one month
what is ur current weight .yes v don't advc to loose wt during pregnancy eat a healthy protein rich diet no excess carbohydrates .take folic acid and get ur ultrasound done after 2 wk
Take fresh juices and fruits avoid fried stuff rice and potatoes walk at normal pace for around 40 minutes a day would be sufficient do let me know your present weight

12-15 glasses of fluid daily
ur diet shud hv following portions:
-40-50% carbohydrates
-20-25% fats
-20-25%proteins(red meat mostly esp beef)
so egg milk fruit and meat shud b added to ur daily food intake
average wt gain shud b 10-12 kg fr a 70kg(pre pregnancy) woman.

Wat abt 59 kg with 5_5 height kitna gain hona chaiye in pregnancy most important wat abt cravings I never ate lays and biscuits now I have craving for those how to resist them as they r junk lead to weight gain
Aoa .. avoid exercise , fatty n junk food .. dnt take stress about ur weight .. filhal u should concentrate on ur baby health .. do walk .. take healthy food .. take iron , calcium n protien .. intak lotts of water .. fresh juices n fruits

I have flatunance problem abhe se whatever I eat Mera pair phool jata hai and gas khas tor per badi chezein wat to do for this digestion problem
