Asking for Self, Female, 26 years old, PESHAWAR
My lmp was 4th may 2021. I have done my tvs ultrasound which shows early intrauterine pregnancy with small gestational sac, yolk sac can b seen. The sac measures 1.1 cm diameter corresponding to 4.6 weeks gestational age. My bhcg is 13777.2 mIU/ml. I want to ask are there chances of molar pregnancy relative to this beta hcg levels..? As my gynecologist has asked me ro repeat bhcg after 2 days bcz its in the highee side.
No these are normal levels. Unless molar tissue is visible on ultrasound there is no need.

think good...it cud b multiple pregnancies too...y molar only?another thing if ur scan is all normal then y r u thinking of GTD?...and HCG levels r always in range...and nt specific fr specific period of gestation...in sha Allah ethg ll b normal...repeating bhcg levels aft forty eight hours interval is done to confirm the viability of the baby nt done fr confirmation of molar pregnancy...so relax...
normal level accounting to gestational age.
need followup scan for confirmation if doubted
The scan report is normal . So I dont see any need to worry. But do get your USG repeated after 2 weeks
this seems good.. repeat your ultrasound after 2 weeks
