A.O.A I'm 26 yr old married women having one child... from the day of my c section till now almost 11months I have back pain ...but now from almost few days I felt frequent urination and have lower abdominal and back ache...as I don't drink too much water due to frequent urination and I lose my ability too hold pee for few minutes ...I want to know what's the reason of this...or is this reason is related to gynaecological issues..plz rpl me soon plz urgent

Thanks you most likely have urine infection do urinalysis midstream specimen take cranmax sachet in half glass of water three times a day for five days take urixine 400 mg twice a day for five days nd plenty of water nd no spas tablet for pain
dear do your urine D/R and serum vit D levels and take consultation for proper evaluation and treatment

When I go for pee and I do it but I feel more urine or feel like my urine doesn't pass completely

most probably it seems to be urinary tract infection from your complains.
any complain of vaginal discharge?
increase your fluid intake
take cranmax sachet1+0+1 for 5 days.
if the complain does not resolved within 2 days then start noroxin 400 mg
1+0+1 for 5 days
