Talk to Gynecologist on Foetal Growth
Asking for Self, Female, 34 years old, Karachi
I m 14 weeks pregnant now. But the foetal age is showing on ultrasound is only 9weeks while gestational age is showing same. There's a big differences although my baby is active. I need your suggestions wat should be done in this condition

u might hv mistaken dates...if rest of the parameters r normal dont worry at all
If baby is active don't worry...US repeat after4wks n tk ur medicine

Are u sure of dates.
Share ur usg plz
Acc to ur LMP ur gestational age is 14weeks 5days
But as u say that on scan parameters r different but fetal cardiac activity is there and good activity as well
So there is a probability of
Mistaken dates
If u have history of irregular periods then delayed ovulation
So hopefully don't need to worry IA
Get another scan after a month to see the difference in growth
If that is accordingly no need to worry IA
