Steroid containing preparations are to be used with caution.

yes most of the nasal drops are safe to use in pregnancy bit still I would like to know which one you are using. continue trying to get relief through steam inhalation.

Safe...but till 13 weeks try to avoid any medicine. You can use once
anyhow. No problem.
