this is a myth,,u can eat whatever u like and try to eat healthy.. please give your feed to baby for upto 4-6 months and baby will not need anything else except mother feed.fir u,u can eat anything especially fruits, vegetables and balance diet.

Eat healthy and balanced diet including fruits, vegetables, meat, milk & eggs. Avoid things suit doesn’t suits you. Drink plenty of water and fresh fruit juices (home made). Also avoid high carb diet like rice and deserts. Do regularly light exercises and yoga for fitness.
