assalamualaikum.. I am 5 weeks 5 days pregnant.. this is my prescription went to dr for first visit yesterday.. my concern is everything alright mentioned in the ultrasound as she told me to visit after 15 days.. secondly what is purpose of this utrogeston ??

No need to worry. Its an early pregnany , and scan done too early , scan after too wks for dating viability is needed. Uterogeston is hormonal support to prevent miscarriage.

Yes all looks normal , scan has to repeat after 2 weeks to confirm viability of fetus as it’s early to pick it , and uterogeston is progesterone to support pregnancy so it’s fine you can take it
