Assalam u Alayikum! I am 5 weeks pregnant now and had missed miscarriage before. Someone has suggested me to eat daily water chestnut powder (singara), mishri and pomegranate flowers (soaked overnight and drink water in the morning).
I want to know these are healthy to eat during pregnancy and have health benefits?
