Talk to Gynecologist on Cramps In Pregnancy

I'm 12 weeks pregnant. I faced mild stretching in 6th week of pregnancy and afterwards all is good. But from yesterday evening I'm facing continuous mild period like cramps and pressure on uterus. I just want to know that is this normal or I should concern. My doctor will be available on Saturday so I'll not be able to visit her till then.
