Covid During Pregnancy

Asslam u Allaikum doctor
I am 3.5 month pregnant.  I have 2 babies with c section.  I was also a patient of hepatitis C almost 5 years ago. Which was recovered completely though injection course. 
Problem is that yesterday i got my covid report positive.  Unfortunately my doctor is on leave. I can\'t visit any other doctor .
Symptoms: body pain with extreme shoulder pain, no fever, cough and throgh pain. 
Kindly guide me medicine for 3.5 month pregnancy and covid patient.
Also guide me what i do with my children.  If i separate them may be they are affected aldo. No symptoms noted yet in them

just for body pain and fever u can use panadol if needed... apna iron n calcium supplements lain or surbex z start kr dain

walikum salam dear isolation is must but with kids it might be difficult if not in joint family so protect by using double mask,no kissing kids or hugging, seperate dinning don't expose ur mouth nose in front of kids,no sneezing or coughing in front of kids,hand washing, keep ur utensils seperate. take panadol for pain and supplement as prescribed by ur gynacologist,must start tab loprin75mg once daily for atleast 21days.
