Often the problem exists before delivery and often aggravates after birth
Some times the episiotomy is painful and as a reaction one tends to hold back and it causes further problems
Simple changes in diet
Drink more water
Take fresh fruit snd vegetables
Take whole wheat bread or roti
Take ispagoul husk with water 2 table spoons
If not better see a doctor

A.o.a m mrs idrees khan from Lhr . I had an abortion 2 yrs back didnt had any treatmemt or dnc past abortion and now 2 years later had naturally conceived again m 5 mnths pregnant... i need a good and feasable gynaec in lahore area near to walton rd. ....i visited a hosp(x) for last two months .... but got dissappoited as the doctor was unable to treat correctly
.... she didnt monitor my weight once even ..... i d had severe aneamia dor last two months ws unable to breath had prblm while inhaling even at night had treated it through home remedies via internet .... (i ws already taking foilc acid n fefolvit) ... now i had sharp round ligament pain and both kidney side plus pelvic pains since last two months (which also she ws unable to know the reason of ) ..... i had a u/s at a nearby clinic in walton and it show kidney n pelvic stones ... doc suggested for buscopan n dicloran .... i took buscopan but didnt get releif i searched for dicloran but foud its nt preg safe ...... kindly do suggest what treatmemts should i urgently take n i dont have a regular gynaec yet ...... in search fir a good experienced and feasible gynaec .
