Asalamoalikum, main pehly bhi post karchuki hun magar reply nahi aya kindly reply karden .mera miscarriage hua hai last 3 months back medicine k through concieve hua tha. But phr miscarraige hogaya . Mujhe phr doctor ne cerophene di hai 3rd cycle of period se start karni hai. Main poochna yeh chahti hun k medicine se miscarrige hojata ai kiya? I'm so worried k phr se esa na hojye. Kyun k naturally concive hi nhi horaha. Koi periods issue nahi. No PCOS Alhamdulillah.

- have balanced diet ,weight and Bmi .
- have Complete treatment of any health issue as couple .
- have Recreational activities and quit recreational drugs as couple
- Daily walk ,yoga and Exercise .
- daily folic acid 5 mgs .
- use Fertile period for try for Conception .
- u can have miscarriage investigations if can wait for conception for few months as it need investigations .
- if any irregularity in periods ,weight gain or abnormal hairs growth then better to have detailed investigations .
- if unable to concieve naturally for few months then have treatment after recurrent miscarriage Investigations if could wait for few months as required for investigations .
