1-manual emptying or mechanical emptying of breast wth breast pump shud be done otherwise u can end up in mastitis
2-u shud gt ur baby examined by a neonatologist

milk expression n use both sides to feed. or use breast pumps . pain is due to milk accumulation .if there s lump n pain m redness u need to drain it or take Ntibiotics.n for latching pblm peadiatrician better guide u
