Talk to Gynecologist on Bleeding After C Section
Asking for Self, Female, 31 years old, Sheikhupura
I had cesarean on May 23, 2019. It's been 20 days now. But mjhe abhi tk bleeding ho rahi hy. Flow boht zyada nhi hy but continuous hy. Kbhi kbhi periods wali pain b hoti hy. Stitches externally to bilkul theek han.. lekin internally pain (bearable) or khichao feel hota hy. Mjhe kya krna chahiye?? Any medicine?? Plz reply soon. Jazak Allah.

Bleeding can stay till 6 weeks post delivery
Irregular bleeding can occur till 6 weeks post delivery and in a few patients it may even be more of 6 weeks. Mild discomfort is also normal. Continue with multivitamins.

-healing also can take weeks.
-check for any abnormal symmptoms like pus/discharge from stiches, fever, unbearable sudden acute pain etc need to be reported and evaluated.
-have hot bath, olive oil massage, high quality protein diet,daily walk 'yoga and light Exercise.
-better to have one Examonation by local gynae if symmptoms suspecious.
