-wellcome and thanks for preffering Marham for your health Consultation.
-Dear anti D injection is advised in fetomarernal haemohrrage , at 28 and 32 wks of pregnancy during pregnancy.
-its better to be on safe side with out taking any risk in taking precautions rather then avoiding them.
-have balanced blood pressure, weight according to gestation.
-regular Antenatal visits and follow ups.
-regular baby and blood pressure monitoring.
-best of luck

get your indirect coombs test done.
it is a costly injection.
not vusual practice to give it
not necessary
thanku marham for referral.
dear its already passed more than 6 wks that u have the injection..
ist of all get ut IDCT a test to see the possible mixing of ur bllod with baby called fetomaternal hemmorrhage
its better to get its prophylactic dose at 28 weeks
mext at 34 weeks
but atleast once atleast to avoid possible complications..
rest follow ur bp record
get urself evaluated for detailed blood and urine investigations.
you need antiD injection any time you bleed during pregnancy as well as if there is any invasive test like amniocentesis.
Also injection should be given at 28 weeks, then at 34 weeks.
MOST IMPORTANTLY, anti D should be given immediately after delivery to protect any future pregnancies being destroyed.

next inj will be at 30-32 weeks and last after delivery if baby is positive
