Talk to Gynecologist on Anal Fissure
Asking for Self, Female, 32 years old, Karachi
I m suffering from anal fissure since 4 years. I have consulted 2 surgeons in Agha Khan and they recommended me a high fiber diet, an ointment, more water intake and to sit in a hot tub of water. After applying all, it got cured but on and off I feel pain in the skin tags. I asked my doctor to remove the tags as they get hard sometimes and get bigger and painful but she always avoid talking about removing them. She says they are harmful but I feel too much pain when they get hard. What should I do?
Take a second opinion and discuss surgical options if you are in so much pain.

My frend is having back bone pain..
At the end of back bone lower side near hip their is a small hole like needle which cant be seen easily from where watery discharge nd some time little blood is coming..
