She should see her gynaecologist who will examine her to exclude other causes of bleeding only then she can take any medication
1st do preg test. if negative then take cap transamine 500mg subh dophr sham.

consult wd gynaecologist n then do pelvic ultrasound .. then she can take medicine
Assalam o alaikum.
first do PT test,if negative start cap transamine 500 mg 8 hourly for atleast 3 days.
if bleeding doesn't stop get ultrasound pelvis done to rule out any pelvic pathology.
any complain of vaginal discharge?
she is taken 3 monthly injections properly on time?
