Talk to Gynecologist on 8th Month Pregnancy

salam iam 8 month pregnant, my dr is not taking opds neither she gave any phone number nor she referred anyone,, recently i had blued eyes so i had my cbc which was 9.9 so i took natural supplements for iron as throughout the pregnancy not even a single iron tablet suited me, my problem is that i suddenly feel numbness in my whole body,the back of my head aches from last month continuously (for which im sponging my body whole day), my vagina is hurting from the start of 4th month and now the lower part of my stomach start aches from last 2 days and i feel like a knot is tied inside my stomach which hurts alot,, my whole body aches almost a whole day.
