Yes aspirin is given in pregnancy if there is history of high lipids and cholesterol bcz cholesterol blocks bloood supply to baby and can result in IUGR or even miscarriage. So aspirin is given and is safe

Yes it is safe to use aspirin in pregnancy. But there must be some indication for its use and no medicine even outside pregnancy is not without adverse effects. Plus aspirin is usually given in a dose of 75 mg for patients having risk of uteroplacental insufficiency. You consult you doctor discuss about its indication.
