As per your symptoms there are many different diagnosis but most probably I think it is psychogenic pain like due to depression. for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment you need proper consultation and get examined by a physician.
You may select any Family Physician for physical or on line consultation through Marham app.

Take Surbex -Z once a Day for 14 Days
Tab Myolex 4 mg subah sham for 5 days
This sounds like muscle spasm. change your pillow. Take tab. movax 2mg twice a day. Do neck exercises. use hot shower before going to bed
Symptoms suggestive of low iron level and low vitamin D levels. If fever is also there the please do go for these tests
CBC ESR.
Check ur blood pressure pulse rate.
these symptoms are very common in young females. mostly caused by vitamin D or iron deficiency. But other uncommon but serious causes will need be ruled out like autoimmune diseases. I would suggest consulting a rheumatologist or medical specialist to manage this issue. No need to consult orthopaedic doctor
Hello!
AOA!
while going through yours short history, we need to have a proper history of your problem.
when has it started?
At what time of the day you are having it?
with what frequency you are experiencing these symptoms?
Are these symptoms having any relation in respect to yours neck moment and posture?
For time you need to take some muscle relaxant like thiolax and then you can have your's Xray cervical spine .
Then share accordingly.
Also you can book an appointment with either me or any other physician for further management.
Thank you
