could you send me MRI report and images please. no role laparoscopy in peri anal fistula or abscess. make sure you don' t have Crohn disease.

Get ur examination with all reports and previous surgery record.
Laparoscopy is not possible in fistula surgery.
Your case is a recurrent fistula with multiple interventions. And this is now probably a complex or high fistula. Get this investigated and examined by an experienced surgeon.
