Talk to General Surgeon on Medicine Dose

AOA.i'm 4.5months post partum and breastfeeding my child.I had a lump in my right breast for about a month .i had low grade fever (99-100) and sore throat from 1 week for which the dr prescribed me medicines in 1st file.it had antibiotic mixel 200mg which i took for 2 days.today i went to general surgeon and she removed fluid from a cyst in my breast and gave me the medication in 2nd file.it has antibiotic augmentin 1000mg twice a day. I forgot to mention to the dr that i am already taking antibiotics.now i want to know that should i complete my 3 day course of 1st medicine or start the other medication?and should i take 1000mg dose once a day or 500mg dose twice a day?
